We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy below regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Physical Products

We accept returns of unopened merchandise within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Vinyl Records, CDs, and Other Audio Media

Due to the nature of recorded media, opened vinyl records, CDs, cassettes, and other audio products cannot be returned or exchanged except in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping damage.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide photographs of the damage along with your order number.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at sunsetblvdrecs@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

We will, at our discretion:

• Replace the item;
• Issue a store credit; or
• Provide a refund.

Limited Editions and Numbered Releases

Limited edition, numbered, and collectible items are eligible for return only if they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the product description.

Minor cosmetic variations in packaging, vinyl color, numbering sequence, or manufacturing characteristics do not qualify as defects.

Apparel and Merchandise

Apparel may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.

Digital Products

All sales of digital downloads, streaming products, and other digital content are final. No refunds will be issued once digital content has been delivered.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after the returned item has been received and inspected.
