The following policy outlines how we process and ship orders.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.

During periods of high demand, pre-orders, holidays, special promotions, or new release campaigns, processing times may be longer.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Pre-Orders

Items marked as pre-orders will ship when inventory becomes available.

If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order may be held until all items are available unless otherwise specified.

Release dates are subject to change.

Domestic and Canadian Shipping

We ship throughout the United States using major carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, delivery timing is outside our control.

If a package is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in working with the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to additional shipping charges.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:

• Order number
• Description of damage
• Photographs of packaging and products

We will review the claim and determine an appropriate resolution.

Limited Edition Releases

Limited edition and numbered releases may sell out quickly.

Placement of an order does not guarantee availability. If inventory shortages occur, customers will receive a full refund.

Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically and are not subject to physical shipping.
